Do you accept custom orders?

Yes absolutely! If you have a particular size or fabric requirement for one of our current products or have a completely new product idea, please contact us. Some of our previous custom work can be seen under Custom Work.

 

Do you offer wholesale?­

Yes. Our current wholesale catalogue can be viewed under Wholesale. For pricing or quotes, please contact us.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate shipping for orders shipped anywhere in NZ. For international orders, rates are calculated at checkout. For more details, see Shipping Information.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping rates can be viewed under Shipping Information.

 

When will my order arrive?

All domestic orders (within NZ) are shipped with Courier Post. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive following confirmation of your order being shipped. Please contact us for tracking information. 

International orders (outside NZ) are shipped with New Zealand Post. For international orders, delivery is estimated at 6-10 business days. This however is an estimate only and may be longer at different times of year.

I’ve seen a fabric I like on your site, but it doesn’t seem to be available any more or is not offered in the product I would like.

We order small quantities of fabric to ensure a regular turnover of designs. This means unfortunately that once a particular fabric has sold out, it usually won’t be available again. Please do contact us however to see if we have the fabric in stock and can do a custom order for you.
